Terms and Conditions and Indemnity for 24/7 Pte Ltd Singapore
Please read this Indemnity and Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully before using our simulator facilities, as your usage indicates your acceptance of these terms.
i) Acceptance
By participating in activities at our Facilities, you acknowledge the inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury, and willingly accept all associated risks. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd and its representatives from any claims, losses, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Facilities or any breach of this Agreement.
ii) Use of Golf 24/7 Facilities
All users must adhere to the operational rules and guidelines set forth by Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or actions that jeopardize the of others are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund. The premises are under 24hrs CCTV and children must always be supervised by an adult.
iii) Accuracy of the Simulation
Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd utilises industry-standard technology in our golf simulator though it's important to recognise that the accuracy may not entirely replicate the experience of playing in a natural environment. We advise users to realistic expectations regarding the simulation's capabilities.
iv) Ability for Inaccuracies
Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd aims for high fidelity in simulation experiences; however, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies between simulated outcomes and actual performance. By using our facilities, users acknowledge this limitation and agree not to hold Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd responsible for any differences.
v) Penalties for Non-Compliance
Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently exclude users for violations of this Agreement or inappropriate behaviour. Users are responsible for keeping the Facilities clean and must restore their to its original condition after use; failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee. Users must also comply with designated capacity limits, with violations potentially leading to additional charges or restrictions on access.
vi) Liability for Damages
Users are responsible for any caused to the Facilities or equipment. Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd will assess damages and charge the costs to the payment method used for the booking. If payment is unsuccessful, Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd will contact the responsible party to arrange payment, which must be completed within 14 days to avoid further penalties or legal actions.
vii) General Terms Amendment
Golf 24/7 Pte Ltd may revise this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of Facilities signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. **Governing Law:** This Agreement is governed by laws of the Republic of Singapore. **Dispute Resolution:** Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
vii) Cancellation policy
You will not be a refund for cancellation within 24hr
By accessing and utilizing our Facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Keep an eye on fellow players and be mindful of your surroundings. We’re all here to have fun—let’s look out for one another.
🔧 Handle Equipment with Care
Treat the simulator and gear responsibly. If you spot any issues, notify staff immediately to keep everything in top condition.
⏰ Respect the Game Clock
Stick to your booked session time. Wrapping up on schedule helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
🤫 Keep It Quiet on the Green
Maintain a calm and focused atmosphere, especially during putts. A little quiet goes a long way for everyone’s concentration.
♻️ Leave the Space Spotless
When you’re finished, tidy up the area, turn off the system, and leave it ready for the next golfer. A clean space makes everyone’s experience better.
🚭 Smoke-Free Zone
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Let’s keep the air fresh and focus on better swings, not smoke rings.
🍫 Snack Smart, Keep It Clean
Enjoy food and drinks responsibly. Be sure to clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly—no one likes a messy bunker.
